Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we do not offer returns or refunds. Exchanges are only allowed for items received in a damaged condition.

Exchange Policy (Damaged Items Only):

• Exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged.

• In case of wrong or defective product video of opening of parcel is required.

• You must contact us within 3 days of purchase with your order details and clear photos of the damaged item.

Conditions for Exchange:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

• Customized or altered garments, products purchased during sales or promotions, and innerwear/intimate items are not eligible for exchange.

Once the damage is verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide further instructions.
